Work in the field of organization development has been conducted during the past 10 years, at the start of its activity in Moscow. Such works are carried out in the form of separate consulting projects. Some projects are short-term (from several weeks to 1-2 months), others are long-term and large-scale and may take up to several years. Our clients are large and middle-sized companies in all sphere of business. An example of a long and large-scale project in this sphere is the project “Development of Corporate Culture of the Financial Corporation Nikoil”. The Nikoil corporation received a prize “Silver Archer” for this project in 2002. Many years of cooperation binds us with such companies as Ingosstrakh, Reebok, TFC and other.
Consultants in organization development that are employees in Human Factors have a basic education in psychology and management. Many of them have a second higher education and many certificates on raising the level of qualification.
The company has a Department of organization development. The team of consultants of Human Factors which participate in projects in organization development consists of about 20 people many of whom have academic degrees.
