The results of work in this field are very valuable information for the management of the company about the effectiveness of various components of the motivation system: system of human resource management, system of wage, managing motivation in personal interaction of a manager and subordinate.
We hold interviews aimed at determining the individual motivation of employees, organize filling out of surveys, conduct talks and working meetings with managers, analyze documentation.
In the course of the project following components of motivation are determined and described to the customer:
• Reserves of motivation achieved by means of material stimulation
• Ways of motivating by means of non-material factors
• Personal motivation of employees – what they are ready to work for
• Degree of efficiency of interaction between managers and subordinates
• Organizational factors favouring and hindering motivation of personnel in a company.
The report is divided into separate sections, it contains graphs, diagrams and tables. Differences in motivation between various categories of employees are revealed. Conclusions are made concerning positive and problematic aspects of the motivation system in the company, recommendations are given to correct the existing motivation system.
A well-developed motivation system gives the opportunity to use the energy of each employee to the greatest extent in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.
