The aim of building a system of motivation is to create conditions under which qualitative work performance becomes an incentive for employees.
The project “Creating a Motivation System of Personnel in an Organization” may be carried out in full scope or by separate stages.
Each stage results in a written report which is presented to the client and contains analysis of completed work and recommendations for further actions:
Stage 1. Diagnosis of the motivation system
Stage 2. Working out a concept of the motivation system on the basis of diagnosis
Stage 3. Working out a system of periodic assessment of personnel
Stage 4. Working out a system of bonuses, which is connected with periodic assessment
Stage 5. Teaching managers to introduce the motivation system and discussing the perspectives of its implementation
Stage 6. Working out ways of non-material motivation
Stage 7. Monitoring
The results of the project are put forward to the client in the form of concluding presentation. During the presentation the outcome of the work of consultants is discussed with the management of the client-company and further actions are adopted.
