Organization development. Projects

Projects in organization development can be carried out in two fields:

• diagnosis and determining directions of development
• managing changes

According to the above our projects are divided into two groups:

1. “Diagnostic”. These projects are aimed at a comprehensive assessment of the situation and suggesting solutions. They presume search of information which is insufficient for making a decision, its analysis and giving specific recommendations:
