Our company implements a full specter of trainings in team building.
Team-building can be realized by different means, depending on specific tasks, which the team needs to solve and peculiarities of its members.

The most frequent association with team-building is the “Ropes course”, which gives the possibility to achieve a high emotional cohesion of the participants. We organize such trainings using the experience of our trainers in this sphere. Building a team during the “ropes course” is based on the following activity: the participants are faced with a task to pass a route with many obstacles of various difficulty. The training is designed for covering issues of emotional cohesion and can become an outstanding day in the life of a subdivision or company. However, the effect of this training is not long-lasting.

If there is a goal to create rational cohesion within a team on the basis of adopting a common objective in development , the best way to achieve that is by means of “Team-building” in an auditorium. The team is built on the basis of discussing and adopting common aims of the company’s development, working out unified approaches and standards, etc. The method of this training is based on group decision-making, coordinating mutual expectations and finding mutually acceptable decisions. This training presupposes serious preparatory work including diagnosis (atmosphere in the team) and adaptation (choice of methods).
In those cases when the competence of team-building is an essential competence for the managerial staff, we recommend a training “Technology of team-building”, which is an educational course and presumes the improvement of the level competence and awareness of managers in building a team in their company (subdivision).

We also possess successful experience in building a team of top-managers of the company. The training takes into consideration the strategic character of the aims, on the basis of which a team of top-managers can be formed. A variety of such a training is “Building a Corporate Philosophy”, which is carried out in the framework of a general project in creating a corporate culture. This training presumes a material result which is reflected in written strategic documents of the company. These documents not only cover issues of corporate philosophy, but also make up different regulations which influence the life of the company in the whole.
The issues of team-building can also be addressed during Conferences with a large number of participants. We help to organise such events, during which we create the necessary emotional atmosphere for accepting the objectives for development set by the top-management.
