Training and Development

The work of Human Factors in the field of training and development of personnel is based on the corporate philosophy of the company. Our approach to the content, organization, and conduct of trainings is:

  • technological
  • client-oriented
  • contemporary.

These principles lie at the base of the work of our trainers, the choice of methods of education and development, of personal professional growth. The above principles also give us the opportunity to realize to the greatest extent the educational and development objectives set before us by our clients.

What do the above-mentioned principles actually mean?

Technological approach presupposes a systematic methodological education of the trainers of our company. A unified methodological data base, which accumulates all the experience in training of the company Human Factors from the date of its founding, provides for continuity in educating personnel of our clients and maintenance of high standards of training. Trainings are carried out only by trainers who are permanent members of staff at Human Factors, and preparation for trainings often involves joint work of the whole trainers’ team. We don’t perceive things in the terms of “somebody’s client”. All the clients are ours – clients of Human Factors. We accept the possibility of attracting trainers to work at a certain project in case it is a large-scale one (an example of such a project can be one in which 18 trainers worked simultaneously). In any case all the preparations in methodology and substance of educational and training programmes are planned, organised and controlled within the training department.

The principle of client-oriented work consists in unlimited preparatory activities to determine the professional level of potential participants of the training, to select the adequate methods of group work, to create of new exercises and case-studies, to determine the criteria of the efficiency of future work. We deem a necessary condition of our work to be studying and taking into account the type of business of our client, its corporate culture, the main characteristics of the target group. Our projects always result in the final joint analysis of the outcome of our work and writing a plan for further development of employees and managers of the client.

The contemporary approach consists in the continuous renewal of the existing training programmes, creating new ones, and developing various exercises. The businesses of our clients grow at a fast rate and our tasks is to comply with the ever improving professional level of their employees as well as to keep up the necessary dynamics in developing most essential competences for them. Our programmes are primarily targeted at acquiring new behavioural patterns, improving abilities, and embedding new skills in the field of people management and interaction with clients. The above-described objectives are fulfilled by means of separate trainings as well as by introducing a system of training and development of personnel of companies, who turned to us.
